Rights of the Member of the Association
The member of the Association has the following rights:
- Be one of the opinion formers in his country on the matters of arbitration;
- Receive information on activities of the Association, get acquainted and exchange information with other members of the Association;
- Participate in events held by the Association and make suggestions aimed at improving activities of the Association;
- On his own behalf provide services of a specialist in the field of arbitration to all interested parties applying for the services through the Association;
- Withdraw from the Association;
- Membership in the Association is free of charge.
Responsibilities of the Member of the Association
The member of the Association has the following responsibilities:
- Comply with the Internal Rules of the Association;
- Comply with the Code of Ethics of Members of the Association;
- Promote the goals and tasks of the Association;
- Not to impose reputational or financial damage on the Association.
