The goal of the Association is to unite professionals in the field of arbitration under the auspices of the International Arbitration Association for the purpose of exchanging experience and knowledge among its members, which will lead to development of international arbitration in general.
This goal can be achieved by exchanging experience among members of the Association, by assisting all parties interested in the arbitration process and by assisting with recognition and execution of decisions of the international court of arbitration in certain countries. Membership in the Association does not impose any financial obligations on its members, such as, for example, annual membership fee, whereas the membership is free of charge.
The Association develops recommendations and opinions on the arbitration procedure that can be improved by absorbing experience of other countries. Members of the Association keep in regular contact and collaborate among themselves. Whereas especially today information plays a very important role practically in all spheres of contemporary life, arbitration is no exception. Robust exchange of information and opinions can make a considerable contribution into efficiency of both national arbitration and international arbitration in general.
